Class Description

If you have been landlocked for a while, you need to review your underwater skills before taking that next plunge. A Scuba Tune-Up is a perfect way to rejuvenate your scuba skills and recall important safe practices!

Scuba Tune-Ups include three parts:

  • Academics
  • Pool Training
  • Open water training (Optional)

Class Prerequisite

  • Open Water Diver (or higher)
  • Scuba Tune-Ups are scheduled on an as needed basis. Please call 949-443-3858 to schedule a class date.
  • You must purchase a PADI Scuba Tune-up Guide Book ($14.95) to participate in this course

Class Overview

Academics + Pool - $125
This version of the course includes an academic refresher along with in pool training. In the pool you will review all the procedures you learned during your Open Water Course.

Academics + Pool & Beach - $150
This version of the course includes an academic refresher along with in pool training, and a beach dive. In the pool you will review all the procedures you learned during your Open Water Course. During the beach dive your instructor will review everything you learned during your Open Water Course beach dive.

Academics + Pool & Boat - $215
This version of the course includes an academic refresher along with in pool training, and a boat dive. In the pool you will review all the procedures you learned during your Open Water Course. During your boat dive your instructor will be present to help you along during your dive, and to review any information you might need.
